What kind of planner do you use?
Currently, I am in an Archer & Olive Dot Grid Notebook, which I use as a bullet journal.

What type of sticker paper do you use? 

We have two different kinds of sticker paper. Matte white, ultra smooth, a permanent adhesive paper which is used in all listings. We also have a matte transparent paper that is only available on certain listings. 

What pens work on your paper? 
The matte white paper can be used with any pen. The matte transparent paper can be used with most pens. Some may require a small drying period. My favorite for this type of paper is fine tip sharpies or a felt tip pen like a Pigma Micron.

Do you offer freebies?
Every order receives the freebie of the month. Current freebies are always posted on Instagram!

How do I cancel my bullet bundle?
Go HERE to find out how. Please note in order to avoid being charged you must cancel before the 14th of each billing month. 

Are your current processing times?
The most up to date processing times can be found on the header bar of the website. 

When will my order ship? 
We aim to ship orders out as fast as possible and typically get them out well before our estimated processing time.

How do I get free shipping?
Orders over the minimum purchase amount for the following countries will automatically have free shipping with tracking applied to their cart.
Domestic: $35+
Canada: $60+
International: $75+

Do you take custom orders?

At this time I do not take customs. Suggestions on future releases are always welcome! 

Do you combine shipping? 
I can combine shipping but not during large sale times. It is just too hard with the number of orders. It significantly slows down processing times. Please inquire about combining shipping before you place a second order. 

**SHIPPING**
All domestic packages are sent via USPS with tracking numbers. All INTL packages are sent via USPS with tracking. 

We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address because of the buyer's error. We are more than happy to resend them if they're returned at the buyer's expense. 

Sometimes the USPS makes errors or is a bit slow. If you feel like it has been too long please follow the missing package instructions below. I cannot replace orders unless a lost package request has been filed by you through the USPS and it's been 30 business days since the last tracking scan. I cannot replace orders marked as delivered.

International orders ship with tracking numbers. International shipping time can vary so please allow 2-8 weeks for delivery. Most of the time it is much quicker. Sunshine Sticker Co. cannot be responsible for customs fees as we cannot predict them.

FOR MISSING PACKAGES:

Please try all of the following:

Make sure the address you entered at checkout is correct. You can check this on your delivery confirmation email. 

Check the tracking number to see exactly where it was left (mailbox, front porch, back porch, side yard, etc.).

Check with anyone who lives at your house.

Check with neighbors. Occasionally USPS does deliver to the wrong house.

Call your local post office and talk to the Post Master for more information. It's not uncommon for mail to be marked delivered before it's actually delivered.

If you have a parcel type mailbox leave a note for your mail carrier to check the other units. 


If none of these steps give you any answers, you can file a missing package claim here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. If you believe the package was stolen, we recommend filing a police report. If you require further attention, please send us a message.

If your package arrived damaged, please send us a message. Make sure to include your order number and photos of how the package arrived to speed up the resolution time.


Every computer monitor, tablet, phone screen is different. Some colors may appear slightly different in person.
